NEW MEMBER NOMINATION AND APPLICATION FORM

The Hispanic 100, is an organization of DFW women leaders committed to promoting Hispanic women leadership in the private and public sectors. Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for increased participation of Hispanic women in employment, procurement and social issues.

HISPANIC 100 MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Resident of DFW Metroplex area for a minimum of two (2) years
  2. Demonstrated leadership in their profession and community (reflected in responses to application questions)
  3. Pay annual dues of $125.00 for regular active membership (due upon acceptance into Hispanic 100)
  4. Attend a minimum of two Hispanic 100 general meetings / events per year
  5. Participate in at least one committee of Hispanic 100
  6. Support fundraising efforts via financial support, in-kind donation, or by securing donations

NOMINATION PROCESS – ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR CONSIDERATION

  1. Membership is by nomination process via a Hispanic 100 Member (Sponsor) in good-standing
  2. Sponsor provides nominee with application (completed application, resume and photo)
  3. Nominee must meet criteria and fully complete application for consideration
  4. Sponsor completes Sponsor Section and reviews application to ensure nominee meets criteria
